Terms & Conditions
Please review the following retreat booking terms before confirming your place.
- Acceptance is on a first come first served basis and subject to approval by the trainers;
- Payment will be required as soon as the retreat is confirmed, i.e. minimum participants achieved;
- Should the retreat be cancelled, participants who have paid will be refunded;
- No refunds will be given for participants who pull out of the retreat after payment and confirmation, including for medical reasons. We highly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance (plane ticket, accommodation and retreat) for this eventuality.
- We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that would cover medical or repatriation costs too.
